Business Development Manger

My client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager drive new business and develop existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be self driven and be passionate about getting out into the local area and engaging with customers. This role requires a proven back ground in the Plant Hire sector and strong level of self motivation.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Generate new business and be confident in front of customers.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales in a Plant Hire setting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
