About the Role
As an Internal Sales Adviser, you will manage customer enquiries from start to finish. This includes processing quotations, creating production work orders, handling telephone queries, updating CRM systems, and placing purchase orders with suppliers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations while delivering excellent service to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer enquiries from quote through to completion

Raise and administer quotations and sales orders

Create and manage production work orders

Handle inbound telephone enquiries professionally

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and supplier data

Place stock and purchase orders with approved suppliers

Carry out general administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability

Good IT proficiency and willingness to learn internal systems

Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

Health and safety awareness
-
CRM system experience (preferred but not essential)
What’s in it for You?

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08.00 – 16.00
- Salary from £26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
