Job description
Job Title: Plant Fitter (52.5 hours a week guaranteed plus overtime - Excavators, Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers)
Job Summary:

Join our team as a Plant Fitter where you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, completing PDI's and repairing a wide range of machinery. Responsibilities:
- Promote & comply with H&S regulations and legislation at all times
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of equipment in the depot
- Diagnose faults, conduct routine services and repaid as well as completing PDI's
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall growth and success of the company
- Informing the office of any spares required in a timely manner
- Keeping the workspace clean and to the “5S” standard at all times and proactively ensuring that work area is safe
- Maintaining and exceeding workshop targets and efficiency
- Recording and documenting repairs carried out on iPad device with photographs to support any charges applicable to the customer
- Willingly perform ad hoc duties as required
- Build and maintain positive relationship with your colleagues at the depot and in the field
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Engineer, Agricultural Fitter, Mechanic, or Service Technician
- Knowledge of plant maintenance procedures, fault finding and repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £39,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift - Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
